As I was dropping something off at school for my son this morning, I saw this on the wall of the corridor. Even the school system takes violence seriously. If children display violence, there are consequences. I wish that places of employment took this more seriously.

This is a neat little before-and-after I did of my home. When I pulled into my driveway at 9am, it was sunshine and blue skies. I was very skeptical that snow was in the forecast. Just three hours later, at noontime, the snow was coming down!
