The kids went exploring and this is what they found on the floor of the pantry in the veeerrry back... they found it quite amusing that potatoes could continue to sprout and grow like this! Guess we need to be more mindful of what's lurking in the pantry...

Evan Makes Popcorn!

This is just a little extra for the day... Evan wanted to make popcorn and I thought it would be a great way to test out some new Hipstamatic lenses and films. These were done with the Roboto Glitter lens and Float film. A little freshly popped popcorn... a little Phineas & Ferb... a little couch time on a Friday afternoon... NICE!

Pencil knitting... forgot my knitting needles at home last night. But no worries... necessity is the mother of invention right? Pencils to the rescue! These pencils are the perfect size; I assume they're about a size 10 or 10.5, which is what I was going to use for this. It was actually fun to try this out!

My wonderful friend Judy gave me these beauties... farm fresh (collected yesterday!), free range eggs from chickens who are allowed to roam freely, and peck and scratch the earth and the grass. Best eggs ever! Thanks Judy!!
